Sfogliatella riccia

Warm, fragrant and always freshly baked. The sfogliatella ricci is prepared according to the original historic recipe: extremely thin crunchy leaves surround a filling of ricotta, semolina and candied fruit scented with citrus.

Traditional Napolitan Pastiera

This is the symbolic desert of the Napolitan tradition, especially over the Easter period. Made with cooked wheat, fresh ricotta, candied fruit and scented with orange blossom following the historical recipe handed down through Napolitan families.

Zeppole di San Giuseppe

Biscotto all’amarena
